Imagine this “what if?”

Because hiring requirements are getting much tighter in this economy…in your next job interview, suppose the manager asks you this question: “Could you show me how you make important decisions? (Since this is important…you may take a few minutes).”

The manager continues, “we have looked seriously at your resume, accomplishments, and work history which are all great indicators, but what they never really show is HOW you arrive at important conclusions. There are several ‘turning point’ issues before us, and making the right decision on each of them will be critical to the future of this company.”
